Fuji GA645 - Japanese sticker translation

Hi,

I just bought this beautiful Fuji GA645 analog medium format point & shoot with dedicated strobe (the Fuji GA strobe) and would like to know - out of curiosity - what this sticker (see pic) - that is put over the top plate of the camera where otherwise the "Fujifilm" logo is - reads.

I think this is in japanese and is somehow related to the Fuji GA strobe operation.

I would really appreciate if somebody can translate or explain what the sticker reads.

Many thanks in advance

Looks like flash X-sync is at 1/250 default aperture f/11
and then some settings (possibly on the flash) for f/8, f/5.6 and f/4
maybe in conjunction with camera mode settings?
