Image size 6x7 on 11x14 paper

6x7 negative being enlarged onto 11x14 paper,
printing full frame . How much border is standard or recommended ?
I was thinking 1" on the long side ........ looks like I could go a little larger ... but was not sure if I will run into any complication when it comes to mounting and framing these images ....

I usually leave about a 1 inch border around my images when printed on 11x14 or 11x17 paper.

If your image file is a full 6x7cm and you wanted a minimum 1 inch white border on each side, then by my calculation the maximum full frame image size on a 11x14 inch print would be 9 inches by 10.5 inches. Just played around with a few of my Pentax 67 scans to see.
