Stupid question time.

I currently use a PC, I am thinking of getting an Apple laptop if I process images in Lightroom on the Apple can I view the output on the PC and vice a versa.

In other words do the Apple and PC produce an image in a format (Jpeg, Tiff ect) either can read?

Thanks

Kevin

Image formats are not platform specific, Kevin.

And if you have PC specific applications which you later prefer to use on your Mac, there are ways to boot your Apple machine into Windows (provided you are buying a current Apple model). There are several tools available, including Apple Bootcamp (provided with new machines), which will allow you to run Windows on your Mac. This is not needed for viewing images though.
