CV90/3.5 APO

Just started playing with it, but so far looks like a keeper. Small, well built, smooth focus, sharp, accurate color, not too contrasty, close focuses to ~18". To set the context (with one of my older lens-testing models - works for biscuits):

1DS2 @ F3.5 ISO 200 roughly MFD, downsized big time, NO USM.

So, still paying with the 90 and 180 APOs, but so far look like real bargains - despite rarity-drive elevated prices. Focus on the 180 is a little stiffer than on 90, but latter is a used lens, so suspect the 180 will break in a bit more.

Just wish light had been better here today - bloody dreary, overcast and on/off rain (yet again).

Looks good, looking forward to see some more images from the 90/3,5 .

Weather sounds very similar to what we are having, sun one minute then pooring like down the other...

Regards
Paul L.
