Coding Question: C-Biogon 21mm

Does anyone have an opinion (duh, what a question) about how to code a Zeiss C-Biogon 4.5 21mm lens? I see that Carsten's list shows different codes for different 21's. (I just bought one of these lenses and hope soon to have the proper flange to bring up the 28/90mm framelines.)

Thanks, Steve

Stephen, I would code it for the 21 asph. all you are really after is the amount needed for 21mm coverage, that one we know works. Than i would use the Leica filter sounds like the best choice for the Zeiss

steve: your flange has been machined. I am sending the lens and flange back tomorrow. you will have to re-attach the flange...it is only four screws, but dismounting loosens a helicoid and I'm not the right wizard to replace it. I'm sure any real camera tech could do it in five minutes.

I have had a bad experience or two when removing flanges from Zeiss lenses, which is why I ask that users supply the un-mounted flanges.
