I have received an email from my dealer informing me of additional FREE services for Sony DSRL owners upon registration on Sony's site. This is for Spanish customers, I ignore if other distributors are offering this*:

A900 users:
• Warranty extension: 5 yrs.
• Specialized support telephone (902007520). Monday to Thursday from 10 to 13 and from 16 to 18, Fridays from 10 to 13.
• Quick repair turnaround.
• Replacement unit if repair gets delayed beyond 7 working days.
• Web repair form.
• Door to door pickup and delivery.
• Personalized status information.
• Access to repair price list (outside warranty).

Is this from Sony, or from the dealer?
If it's Sony, it's another indicator as to how serious they are.
