How to replace IR cut filter of Leaf Aptus digital back?

I want to replace IR cut filter of my Leaf Aptus 75 with a new filter glass. I have unmounted IR cut filter from back but don't know how to unmount filter glass from filter's metal frame.
I used acetone and Goof Off but none of them work. I used heating but didn't work.

Any idea?
