Thinktank Airport international..handle

Hi guys,

A quick question for all you users of the Thinktank airport international roller bags out there. (I've just swapped this for my non rolling acceleration)

The telesopic handle...does it only lock in place when fully extended or should it lock at other heights also?

They lock only at full extension. I have two of them (International & Airstream), both are the same.
