For the M8 book on LUF. Which of the two?

I like each for it's own reason. Having to pick which one of two is quiet possibly the part of photography I hate most. Good luck to you!

FWIW, I'd probably pick the first as it strikes me more as playful.

Tough to choose ... like them both. I think I'm going buck the crowd and say #2 though, just love that big paw pushing the head down.

I'm just gonna go ahead and... sort of... team up with the winning side here: #1.

Definitely the first one, because in the second one the paw of the lower lion on top of the head of the upper lion is visually confusing — it takes some time to figure out what is happening, which, in this case, weakens the second picture.

Thanks everybody. I think I'll go with the majority. # 1 was my first choice too, but later on I saw the dynamism in #2 and doubt set in....
Instinctive first choice is usually corrrect
