Well you evidence proof that climbing the funky learning curve with darktable? is worth the effort...Thankyou Peter, it has been a long journey with digital for me to get conversions that equal my old 5x4 FP4 negs. I feel I am about there now and as you may have noticed I really love B&W!

Yes Alan, a tutorial would do nicely ...Yes I am now using darktable (for the last month). Once you know which modules to use and how to use them it is quite easy! I am still refining and learning but feel I am most of the way there now. Not so sure about a tutorial, not really my forte, but you never know.

Ok, Alan. I've downloaded and installed Darktable. Now which b/w module would you recommend ?Yes I am now using darktable (for the last month). Once you know which modules to use and how to use them it is quite easy! I am still refining and learning but feel I am most of the way there now.
