Fun with Hugin panorama software

I have had a very happy afternoon playing with Hugin's free panorama stitching software.

This shot was taken in a large beech wood called West Woods near Marlborough in England. I used a Leica M8 and 28mm Elmarit Lens, mounted on a tripod with ball and socket head. Keeping the camera level and remebering where I was with respect to my reference points when panning was um character-building...

This has been printed on A2 paper and looks very nice (or at least I think so).

The second was taken in 2008, is hand held and IIRC, was taken with a 28mm Ultron lens on my M8 (or it could have been my 35 Cron - no exif data). It was taken on the Cornwall Coast Path, a few miles north of Padstow.

I hope you enjoy them - comments, critique and advice on how to improve my panoramic photography much appreciated.

One thing I would be interested in is anyone's experience with the the Panosaurus panoramic adaptor.

Best wishes

Mark
