Nice composition and what seems a very stable and graceful stance of the lady, but not entirely sure of the B&W processing/balance in the image.
When looking at the image my eye is constantly drawn to the bright area in the sky "away from the action"
Not sure how you can fix it, maybe darken the sky a little and increase the (micro) contrast in the darker areas of the water/rocks/model.
