Thanks, Carl. Yes, I have not removed it from the G1 IR since I got the lens. I am going on a short trip this week and the G1 IR will have to share the lens with the G1.
This lens just amazes me. The photos require only a tiny bit of sharpening.

No doubt Cindy's 7-14 pics are nice but I think it is just too expensive.

Perfect opportunity earlier today for a portrait. A Nikon user came by to ask about me shooting Dandelions. I had to demonstrate how the hacked G1 works for IR.

False color...this one seemed fit to me.
and this is able to show the shades of the vegetation. Not all foliage shows up bright and white under IR.
