Time lapse photography with 1D Mark III

I used a 1D Mark III with wired remote set to one frame every 15 seconds and shot 4500 frames over a two day period compressed to 2 minutes and 31 seconds. Exposure and focus were manual and lens was Canon 14mm L series 2. One battery per day was more than sufficient. QuickTime Pro makes it easy to pick the frame rate (in this case 30 fps) and voila! This is my son's elementary school adding a second floor. The original movie is 3,888 x 2,592 pixels but this is much smaller for youtube:
