Nikon PC-E on an eos body

Hi-

I have a Nikon 45mm f2.8D PC-E lens that I would like to use on an EOS camera mount. I've tried the Novoflex EOS/NIK NT N adapter which works well except the aperture. This adapter does work with G lenses but not the PC-E which has an aperature ring.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's my understanding the PC-E will not work on Canon as the aperture connection is electronic. Even though there is a manual aperture ring the controls are all electronic. Other G lenses should work with the novoflex adapter.

Hi-

Thanks for the info. I ended up buying an UG N90 camera from KEH which I used to set the aperture at f8. Once set it stays.

When the new Canon 45 TSE comes out (if ever) I'll replace the Nikon.
