And now for something a little different... Here's a picture made using the Canon EF 22-55mm f/4-5.6 on my EOS 6D. The lens was originally sold as a kit zoom with EOS IX APS-C film SLRs, but it will mount on any EOS SLR or DSLR and it more or less covers full frame. Nobody will ever mistake its optical performance even for that of a low-end DSLR kit zoom, but it projects a usable image on to the sensor and it's delightfully tiny and light-weight for the focal length range.
Lens was at 55mm, aperture was f/8. The far corners are a bit smeary and the capture was fairly low contrast overall, but it perks up nicely with a bit of work in Photoshop.
