    New Focusing Screen

    Anyone tried this one?

    http://global.ebay.com/180_Split_ima...313739311/item

It look's great with a large microprism circle and a large split aswell, much bigger
    than the standard one's...

Hope someone can give me some feedback on this...?

    Re: New Focusing Screen

From what I've read Canon's esposure system doesn't like Microprisms and split screens and can be off from 1/3 to 1 one full stop. I would expect bigger to be worse.

Here's what Katz Eye has said about them.

"The market wants a Leica to be a Leica: the inheritor of tradition, the subject of lore, and indisputably a mark of status to own."

Ok, thanks but can't you just use expo comp for that, i don't see the big problem with this (at least for even better MF capability's) ...?
