Nice to hear this. I will be visiting New York soon and can't wait to use the x100 in the city. Nice shooting Chiquita.

Thanks Rich. I stopped taking beach photos awhile back, but it's a different experience with the x100. Quite enjoyable in fact.

Doing tour guide duty the past few days with house guests. Great new images from everyone and still catching up on viewing all.

A few shots with the x100 from the weekend farmers market. Really liking this camera more an more each time I go out for casual shooting.

Jono.....very nice.....are you doing your B&W conversions in Aperture? The tonal range in this is very balanced.

    Hi Rich
Well, I do have silver efex pro, but I've found that for most things Aperture does a grand job. In this case I did use Aperture.

+1 on this . . . but Carl, don't you think his grin looks a little forced? maybe it was just the lady that was pleased to see him

    Anyway Rich - nice shot.

Ashwin - love the kiddy shots - especially the second of the little girl, and the fourth. Your mate in the cafe looks thoroughly bamboozled!

Maybe it would be even better, if you can rid of the reflection of her legs (I think) somehow?!

Thanks Carl......the nice thing about the X100 is that even a quick grab shot through a plexiglass window has enough detail that one has something to play with in PP.

Took the camera to the beach with a model friend of mine.
Unfortunately, it was rainy and overcast so couldn't do as much as I would have liked.

Me and my GF took a day off work today and went to a park, near our flat.
Don't know what I did (exposure comp, or forgotten ND-Filter), but I post it cause it's so difficult to get them on one picture

Took the camera to the beach with a model friend of mine.
Unfortunately, it was rainy and overcast so couldn't do as much as I would have liked.
    Here's a shot:
Lovely Joe - is it the same model from the pool? (looks like it).

Was at the local car shop a few minutes ago.
They're finishing their latest restoration project.

This is the real deal and no replica.
    Estimated worth is around 100k
I want the model and the car! and the sausages

mind you, that's cheaper than a new 911!

Basically, nice trees and a blue sky is one thing, but a pretty girl and a fast car, a seascape and something to eat is something else! (I hate all of you)

    Just this guy you know

    Yes, the same model- Kelsey.
Don't hate us just because of our beautiful model, car and food.
Love us because of our x100.

Well, my tongue was fairly well lodged in my cheek. I certainly don't hate anyone for anything.
I'll love you for your nice images (and the fact that you know Kelsey), I can miss out on the sausages, my car is okay (even if it isn't as pretty as the Porsche), and Emma is another consolation.
