Thanks, Darlene. I think Fuji has created a very wonderful lens with the 80/2.8. I've owed a lot of macro lenses over the years - my favourite prior to this was the Panasonic Leica 45/2.8 Elmarit. The Fuji is easily as good, if not better.

I enjoyed a private visit to Syon House, on the outskirts of London, yeterday, and only took the X100F along for the ride. Nonetheless, it still does a great job. All hand held (supported on whatever was available)

It handles highlights and shadows very nicely.
