Fuji 55-200mm

Any views on this lens as a travel lens, and/or a general tele lens.

It's a very good lens, very sharp to 140mm (200mm) and still good at 200mm. Also it's well built and a half stop faster than usual for a lens in this price bracket. ($700 US) But it's not a light weight lens. Here's a photo.

My grandson will be coming here for his vacations. I will ask B&H to ship it to him.
Seems the best choice in terms of price, weight and not often use.

The othe choices are much heavier and double the price. The Fuji 50-140 or the
Nikon 70-200/4.
