It looks like 1:1 and 65:24 might be usable for lens + 2x TC.

Camera+TC+ Leica R adapter should not be a problem, no?

Did you try this already, K-H ?
The TC protrudes quite a bit, but perhaps it depends to what R-lens you're trying to mount if it will work.
I know it did work f.i. with the 1.4xMC and a Novoflex M43-L/R adapter with the R350/4.8
Mmm, perhaps I could try it ...
The lens without a TC at smaller f stops would work fine for me.
