Fuji GFX 50R B+W conversion

Is anyone aware of any service available to convert a GFX 50R sensor to just B+W?

I've seen too many beautiful conversions with software to warrant that conversion. This is coming from someone who has a converted Sony a7r as well. You can talk to Daniel at Monochrome imaging, but I would stick to software.
