Proper Sensor Cleaning

The Camera is the Fugi GFX 50R. The top of the sensor has three nasty spots. I tried numerous times to clean the sensor with a hand held bulb type blower, to no avail. What is the next step, short of sending the camera to Fuji repair? I live and photograph at a seashore environment. Enclosed photo shows 3 big blobs in the sky area. I can, and do, retouch the images, but every single image has the spots.
Thanks in advance.

G'day Dave,

I had a similar situation on my XPro3 recently. I was advised to use a wet and dry system and it was, bluntly, crap. I sheepishly went to my MF dealer, having not bought the camera from him. He cleaned it with the Visible Dust wet cleaning process. I'm not competent to advise what you should do. But if I was you I'd look at some Youtube videos on the Visible Dust system, buy the kit and try that. Alternatively find a friendly dealer to do it for you.

In the meantime however, if you are using Capture One you could use an LCC to "remove" those spots in post production.

Kind regards
Mike

I have used https://photosol.com products (they had a different name years ago) since my first Leica M8 and then M9, Olympus OMD many models, and Fuji X-Pro1, 2 and now 3 with excellent results and no problems whatsoever.I have never owned MF digital cameras so I don't know that works
Sensors on all types have been cleaned multiple times and under magnification have never seen any signs of any deterioration or scratches on the coating of the cover glass.
I have always taken great care to carefully use a sensor brush and blower to remove dust and other particles before wet cleaning and do it in a reasonably dust free and clean workspace .I trust myself to take the time and care!

Thank you all.
I just ordered a Lens Pen, and will mark it with masking tape for "sensor cleaning only". I also used Paul C.'s link (MF FORUM) to C1 and ordered their sensor cleaning kit. Compared to others it was inexpensive at $24.98 with 30 pads and liquid cleaner.
I will give it a shot attempting to clean myself. I think my approach might be:
1. Blow off sensor using bulb blower, to remove any small specs that could scratch the sensor glass cover.
2. Use wet cleaning to loosen and remove the three big blobs.
3. If I get it clean, then afterwards weekly blow off, then use dedicated lens pen.
4. Last resort....send to Fuji Repair Service.
Thank you again, please stay safe.
