FT: P45 & H1 kit for CFV-39 Back

I'm looking to trade my excellent++ condition Phase One P45 with H1, viewfinder, film back, grip and 80mm lens for a CFV-39 back. Can also consider a V mount P45 but it would not be a straight trade unless it is a P45+.
