Trade my Nikon D200 for...?

I will be moving to a different country next year, so I'm trying to get rid of big stuff that I have, and this includes my Nikon D200. I'd be interested in the following combinations for trade:

- D200 body for a Canon G10 or G11
- D200, a tamron 18-200mm and a Metz 54 MZ-4i‏ for a Sigma DP2

I have no idea how we could conduct the trade though...

Will also change the flash and the tamron for a Pana 45-200mm (micro 4/3).

The D200 has been sold. The tamron 18-200mm and a Metz 54 MZ-4i‏ are still available. I would change the Metz 54 MZ-4i‏ for an Olympus FL-14. The Metz it's pretty beat up but it works like a pro.
