Panasonic offers a model, so does Voigtlander, Novaflex, and a large assortment of Chinese manufactures . . . . . .
I purchased a Voigtlander adaptor from Stephen Gandy of Camerquest http://www.cameraquest.com/adaptnew.htm along with a LTM screw adaptor.

I have no regrets with the quality of the fit and finish of the Voigtlander adaptors.
