This lens was just returned from CLA. Comes with both caps, original lens hood, leather case, in the original box.
It is made in Germany, version IV, pre-ASPH Summicron.
Glasses are clean and operates smoothly as it just came back from CLA by Youxin.
Barrel shows some use, but nothing major.
