For sale is the Carl Zeiss Contax G Sonnar 90/2.8 Lens with original caps. Also for sale is the Kipon last generation Contax G->micro 4/3 adapter.
The lens is in good condition. The glass is clear with no scratch, fungus, haze, etc. On the front element near the edge there are a couple of cleaning marks on the coating which is difficult to see. Focusing is smooth. Aperture is snappy, open and close smoothly. There is no oil on the blade.
The Kipon adapter is the last generation with focusing ring. I have used a few contax G-> micro 4/3 adapters (except the Metabones one), this is simply the smoothest adapter. Mounting and unmounting the lens is also very smooth without any difficulties.
Asking price:
Zeiss Contax G Sonnar 90/2.8: $220
Kipon Contax G-> micro 4/3 adapter: $100
Buy both: $300, and I will throw in a Contax G tele hood.
Price includes shipping fee by USPS priority + insurance + delivery confirmation to paypal confirmed address in US. Buyer please take care of paypal fee either by using the personal option or add 3% to the price. I will also consider selling to established member outside of US. Shipping fee will be $25 extra for Canada and $40 extra for other countries.
