Bought - Leica M Diopter -2 or -1.5

The title pretty much says it all. I'm looking for a -2 or -1.5 diopter for a Leica M viewfinder. Let me know what you have and how much it would be shipped and paypalled to me in Canada (Brampton, On L6W 4P6).
