I have an Epson 3800 printer that was moved cross country last year. I never hooked it back up and then decided to go for the new 4900.

It was in excellent working order last time it was used and there is a good amount of ink remaining.

Since it hasn't been used I'm not sure of the current working condition and if there will be any clogs. Because of that here is the great deal....if you want to pick it up it is yours.

Pickup in San Francisco - near the ballpark.

PM me if interested.

WOW Terry.......that is so generous. The 3800 is an awesome printer. It would be worth a long drive to get it.

(I'd come get it.....but the bridge from Hawaii is being re-paved :D)

Hi Terry,

I'd love to latch on to your "orphaned" printer. I'll be driving from Santa Rosa to San Mateo on Monday, so pickup should be possible.

Thanks,

Yeah...I saw your post with Rich M's response, so I started typing. When I hit "Post Quick Reply" I saw Sparky16's post snuck in just ahead of mine. The moral is I should learn to type faster!

Sparky16, enjoy your new printer!!

Thanks Terry....Alan

I dream of a 24" version of the 3800. But I suppose the no roll paper issue would be a problem at that size

After head cleaning and network configuration, the Epson 3800 works great.
Thanks for your generosity, Terry!
