I collected a large number of shift/swivel bellows from Nikon, Minolta, Contax and various of bellows lenses/accessories. I am selling some redundant gears. Besides this Minolta bellows, I have a Nikon PB-4 and Contax Auto Bellows on sale.
Bellows can use any lens on any camera with cheap adapters. Here are some links that show how bellows can be used with modern DSLRs:

Minolta Auto Bellows III (shift, swivel head), slide copier, in box, with manual, shutter release connection cable. Among the tilt/shift bellows, this one is probably the most advanced in design and function. It is much more portable than the Nikon PB-4. Lens can be reversed without special ring (see pictures). Also, with the Nikon adapter, you can mount your Nikon DSLR right on it put it to use.- $310.

Minolta 50mm/1.7 lens with 49-55mm setup ring. (The step-up ring allows to lens to reverse attached to the bellow for greater maginification) - $50
