Up for sale are two Canon LTM/M39 screw mount lenses for Leica SM cameras, the lenses can be also used on modern M4/3 or SONY E mount cameras.
These two lenses are in pristine/mint condition and both have all the accessories and both marked in red < E.P> which means they were sold at the military post when Japan was occupied.
1. Canon 35mm/f2.8 lens, this is the first version in silver chrome, SN: 22102, which was made in 1951.
The lens is in great condition with no marks on the body, galss is pristine without any scratches, haze or fungus, although due to the age may have some tiny dust inside. The aperture ring clicks firm and the focus is smooth, tiny sign of oil on the blades.
The lens comes with original 35mm viewfinder which also in great condition, both body and glass.
The lens also comes with both caps and a fine leather hard case.
Asking for $380.
2. Canon 135mm/f3.5 lens, this is also the first version in silver crome, SN: 56227 which was made in 1952.
The lens has no marks at all, glass also in pristine condition, aperture clicks firmly and focus is smooth. The lens comes with all the accessories you will need:
Both silver chrome caps, VII series lens hood, VII series adapter ring, adapter ring cap, 135mm viewfinder and very nice leather lens bag.
