FS/FT: Nikon 35 1.4 for 24-70 2.8

I have a basically new Nikon 35mm 1.4 that I'd like to trade for a Nikon 24-70. Mine is including the receipt from B&H, used only a few times.

I'm looking for a late model 24-70, with box, receipt, etc. to trade. The newer the better. Please let me know the age, serial and condition if you have one.

I would sell outright for $1500 as well. Guaranteed as new.
