FS - RZ Phase One Adapter Plate

I have a Phase One Digital Back adapter plate that fit the Mamiya RZ.

It is the V mount version and comes with the etched ground glass.

These are $1300 new. It is in very clean condition to Like new. From 1 to 10 I would say a 9++ to 10.
