Technically, I don't think there are any "ZERO" actuation M9's out in the market.
Leica testing facility fires away a some amount after assembly. So even new, it has some actuations on it.
If you can some photos along with the actuation count (There are programs out there that can get you this info) along with some reference, that would help in your sale.
