Could it not be retroactively argued from legal point that this is made solely for their own convenience and benefit, and that most folks do not read all these fine prints??? Is it at all legal to exclude legal procedures like this????
Still, Ebay and PayPal ARE good. I do not see point in why I should sue them, but see point in per their terms seek correction/settlement with a buyer and seller.
