WTB: ALPA HPF Rings for SK 35 & 47 XL

I'm looking to buy ALPA HPF rings for the following lenses:

Schneider Apo-Digitar 5.6/35 mm XL = AAS 36
Schneider Apo-Digitar 5.6/47 mm XL = AAH 48 / SAD 47

Would prefer to have the scale in meters but can live with feet if the price is right :angel:

I'm in the US from November 3 to November 15 and have a shipping address there.
