Leica M8u
Up for sale is my favorite camera and constant companion, a Leica M8u!
I upgraded the (MUCH better) vulcanite leatherette covering when sending it in to repair the coffee stain on the LCD on Nov 2011. It's worked perfect since then and have been using it up until last week when I got the new M typ 240. About 30,000 actuations, I can check the actual number soon. All batteries still hold a charge but I've been using the camera since about October 2009, which makes the batteries about 4 years old. Some brassing on the body but it looks great overall
(please see pictures!). I've custom cut some base plate covers and installed right now is a black cover. I've included a few clear and black spares if you don't like the color. I believe there was some brassing underneath the cover since the original cover fell off, so I ventured to replace them myself. Small chip on the giotto's screen protector that has always been in place - this is quite common though.
This includes the original box, charger, strap, cds, manuals, etc. It also includes the faster M8.2/m9 Charger, 3 batteries (2 leica, 1 third party), Artisan and Artist Half Case, Match Technical .85x Viewfinder Attachment, and a Silver Thumbs Up CSEP-1. Will also include latest Leica Test Card.

Also looking to sell a Voigtlander 75mm Color Heliar with a voigtlander 75mm adapter. Awesome compact 75mm lens that gives the Leica summarit a run for its money. Comes with box, caps, screw on hood, adapter. Very clean.
