Want to trade Nikon D800E for Pentax 645D

I have a Nikon D800E(low use) in mint condition with a Nikon 50mm AF-s 1.8 lens, Zeiss 35mm f/2 ,2 ZF lens(mint) , a samyang 14mm lens(very sharp) along with a Nikon SB-910 flash and an arca swiss compatible L bracket. The D800E comes original box and all accessories. Also have a 2nd genuine Nikon battery. Looking to trade for a Pentax 645D camera. The gear is located in southern Virginia. I have 30+ excellent references on several sites and will provide photos on request as well an my personal phone number.
