There are no scratches on the glass.
There is no fungus nor haze inside the lens.

There are some specs of internal dust, a few miniature air bubbles (typical for lens from this period) and a few light thin hair cleaning marks on the coating. Non of these will have any effect on image quality.
The lens comes with rear cap Minolta hood and Sigma hood cap.
