I bought it from Jack Flesher, who said it's a couple years old.. and never saw much use when he had it. I've only used it a few times myself... so it has seen very little professional level use.

Hi All. Jim bought this set up from me. I bought it about 2 years ago as a "demo" with two of the Acute D4 heads. At teh time, I had an acute pack with 2 heads, and sold off the Acute pack and 1 head, so maintained this kit with 3 heads. I used it intermittently for about 6 months, then got the Elinchrom Rangers for location. I preferred the profotos by far in the studio, but the Rangers were more versatile for location work, and I hit a time I could not justify the luxury of owning both, so sold off the D4 kit. It always worked perfectly, without a glitch or hiccup for me. It it the Pocket-wizard receiver built in model.

FWIW, I still think this is the absolute best power pack available, and if I could justify the money, I'd buy it back in a nano-second for studio use.

I think Outfit means pack and heads. By the way if I had the money this would be mine. Great price for everything.
