WTT: Leica for Nikon

What I have:
  • Leica Monochrom with all original packaging and accessories. ~3200 shutter actuations.
  • Photo-Equip MD grip
  • Leica Summicron 75mm APO ASPH with box, leather lens case. Recent CLA with Leica NJ.
The 75mm performs great, but not at minimum focusing distance as it's not calibrated for that.

What I'd like:
  • Nikon D750
  • Nikon 50mm f/1.8g
  • Nikon 58mm f/1.4g
  • Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8g
  • Nikon SB-910 flashes
