I just unturned my closet with lots of photo equipment and found the lenses I think you are asking for, i.e.
1 x Focotar 1:2.8 40mm (Focomat V35)
1 x Focotar 1:4.5 5 cm with thread (Focomat I)
1 x Focotar 1:4.5 9.5 cm with thread (Focomat I)
