Hi Vivek,
I have one in good condition, but I dont have a Hood (I think I dont). The lens doesnt flare, even if you dont use a Hood.
I bought it new and also have the box etc.
Let me know if you are interested.

(I also have a 35 Summichron and a 35/1.4asph FLE so 3 35mm is a Little too much.)
