I have vintage Nikon F2AS with photomic Finder. The camera body and Finder are almost mint working condition. I must have taken less than 1500 shots over the years, as I used my Leica more than this camera.
Only thing is the bottom plate has some scuff marks due to tripod mounting, also very little scuff marks on the edges of the camera. That is why I'm rating it very good but not MiNT.
