Silver Zeiss ZM 21/2.8 with front and rear caps and Zeiss hood. Focus is slightly stiff, but does not effect the overall appearance or function of the lens. This is a really a non issue in my opinion, just wanted to be as honest as possible. The glass is absolutely perfect.
I also have a black Leica 12 002 21mm finder and black leather case, both in mint condition - no problems what so ever, clean and clear.
