Well hate to let this go but when I have a full MF system with 300mm on it does the job well but I feel I need a bigger gun here. This is a sweet monopod and very small 14 inches folded which is awesome for travel and will handle quite a bit of weight. For a M8 shooter this is the ultimate monopod and easily shoot down to a second with it. Best 195 dollars you can spend
