The Kolari conversion dramatically improves the image quality with Leica M mount wide lenses.
Comes with all original packaging and paperwork (box is pretty beat up, but the camera was nowhere near where the box was stored), 5 batteries (2 Sony, 3 aftermarket), extra charger, Sony HVL-F20M flash in box, and Sony RM-VPR1 remote release in box.
The image quality is absolutely stunning, I just prefer rangefinder focusing.
