This lens is great on the G1, balances nicely despite its decent weight. I'm not a lens expert, but I can't find any evidence that this one has come in contact with humans. Bought it two weeks ago from a guy who bought it new. It's had a Cosina 1A filter on it the whole time (I'll throw that in too). Hood is the original Canon hood. Both caps original Canon as well. Selling because I just don't take a lot of pictures at this (effective) focal length.
It's a great lens, nice bokeh (sorry for the noise on this one)
even passes the blurry branches test well
