I used to have one mounted to each lens. Now with ES I don't really need them. I'm keeping one as a spare so I have three that need a home. These things are $600 ea on Alpa's site. They've updated them since to version 2, which look a bit sleeker but these functioned just fine on an IQ back. Yours for a $50 (each) donation to GetDPI. If you are not in the US I might have to add shipping (they are small so shipping won't be much).
I'll sell them separately or all together so they don't get lonely.

Edit: You would still need the sync cord that connects from this switch to the lens to the back. Can't help you there; I don't want to give mine up.
